The GPU at 80 is fine but if it gets any higher than that beware and stay in caution. If your AMD is missing stuff figure out why ore update something. Pretty sure that's the reason why. I would need more information than just whats happening.

I would say it could possible be overheating because of the Case being super small but I would check if everything is okay by opening up the panel.

It is a great setup! If I could I would change it to a GTX 960 2GB and might change the RAM. With Hard drive I would up it with a SSD or 2TB to be sure depending on what type of games you are doing. :D
