It doesn't crash in admin mode but it still crashes in normal mode if that matters

Im not using beta drivers, I'm using AMD Catalyst version 13.12. I not quite sure how to get my cpu temp while playing but my gpu temp fluctuates from 40-50. I've tried every game I have, from Planetside 2 to Just Cause 2 and it happens on all of them. I've tried windowed mode and it work...
