I wouldn't pay much attention to the Windows Score. If your PC memory has a rating of 7.3 out of a possible 7.9, something isn't right. Your RAM shouldn't be getting that high of a score. But if anything, it's getting a 5.9 because the 1600mhz RAM speed had to be automatically clocked down so...

Go into your BIOS when you boot up and change the clock speed of the RAM to 1600mhz, provided that's what speed you bought. Run the tests again and tell me your results. The motherboard says it supports 1600mhz RAM.
