My usb ports on my Toshiba Satellite L755D-S7340 have stopped working. I have tried to reset the BIOS and most other fixes I have found on the net! How do I open my laptop and see if the ports are physically damaged. I also get a "Critical cooling system malfunction" error from time to time...
