    Tdp, voltage and overclocking

TDP (Total Dissipated Power) indicates the maximun amount of heat power that the CPU cooling is able to manage without damaging the internal structure of the transistors. So TDP actually has and does not have an effect on overclocking. A higher TDP in a CPU would mean that you need a better...

    RAM For My PC

Actually the speed of the RAM is not noticeable in most tasks. You won't even notice a increase in gaming performance. Eventhough, RAM speed can be crucial in demanding tasks as rendering and reduce the time to complete this heavy tasks. So if you are not going to do editing, rendering, etc and...

Will my 6600k and gtx 1070 be obsolete?

You are perfectly good. Do not bother in getting the 7th generation of intel chips if you already have an i5 6600k. The difference is meaningless. Apart from that, that i5 6600k clocked at that point is a beast. It will never hold your 1070 back. I assure you.

budget pc for browsing and gaming

i would not recommend you to go for the 16Gb of ram with an i3. In my opinion you are not going to need it in general task and in gaming the i3 is going to be the bottleneck, so you won't need more than 8 gb of ram.

budget pc for browsing and gaming

This pc is more than enough for browsing and enough to do some light gaming. You will able to play some mainstream low demanding games like LoL or CS:GO, but also you will be abl to play some more demanding games like GTA V while lowering the settings a bit. PCPartPicker part list...

can i install i7 on any type of motherboaed

If you are using a AMD mobo, you CAN'T install any Intel CPU. You will need to check for AMD CPUs that fits on your socket (AM3, FM2, etc). In case you want to get an i7 you will have to change your motherboard to one with an Intel chipset on it. You will have to check the socket of the CPU you...

    CPU OC with Asus H110M-D?

Nop, you can't. Non-k CPUs are not meant to be OCed and H110M is not an overclocking mobo. Eventhough there are some unnoficial updates you can do to some mobos to OC on them, it can actually break the mobo. Apart from that, Asus H110M-D is a weak mobo. It's ok for normal usage but definitely...

Does the Cooler Master Hyper T4 fit my motherboard?

Ok, so your case is 6,9in wide (175mm) and the T4 is 6in tall (~152mm). So you have ~1in of free space (2cm). Maybe a little bit tight but i think it will fit inside.

Does the Cooler Master Hyper T4 fit my motherboard?

The motherboard is not a problem: T4 is 1150 compatible. The thing i'm more concerned about is the case. Do you know which case it is or the dimensions of it?
