what i dont understand is that for example when i game, no mans sky runs flawlessly on high settings,it uses around 40%gpu without major drops,but while sekiro shadows die twice constantly keeps dropping to 0

hey guys. i bought a new gpu,specifically a gtx 1070 g1 and in games,i have a very low usage(between 0 and 40%) im thinking that its a cpu bottleneck,cuz my cpu is an amd 860k,which i plan to upgrade in the near future,but i want to hear your thoughts about it aswell.

It does come up anyways. Its so weird, i install the drivers for my gpu, they still come up, if i dont, they just come up earlier
