By Resetting, do u mean different ram slots? annd i tried booting without gpu nothing happened and psu works i tested everything was brought this early year

I turnt my pc off last night and unplugged it, and i wake up today it find it not working, im new in computers, also 1 of the motherboard LEDs is glowing, it is a power button it doesn't boot when i click it either... My componentS are Motherboard: Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 Cpu: i7 8700k...

Maybe its the V-sync try turn it off
