Just use AMD GPU Clock Tool! I got it from the normal BIOS clocks (720:500) up to 860:730 (dont go further because it will only be unstable or your computer crashes, mine crashed like 10 times when i tried to come as far as possible... HOWEVER! The card is not designed to perform at that level...
