I have a good internet plan, but starting 2 months ago my ping spikes to 1000~ish in any game, and when not gaming. When i ping to google.com it spikes, but when i run a tracert nothing. im wired to my router

My ping is usually 80-110 but the past two weeks it spikes all the time to 900. other games the ping is constant 100
