If anyone is wondering; the AGESA ComboAm4PI 1.0.0.5 patch completely solved the issue for me . After updating my BIOS I haven't had a problem for weeks.

I always turn on XMP, I updated my motherboard one week ago again, as I got the freeze after I put Windows to sleep and turned it on it occurred in 2 hours. Since I have updated to latest AGESA 1.0.0.5, it seems I'm not having any problems for now.
