From what I've seen it's a common problem with AMD. I built my new pc and when I activated EXPO the DRAM light stays on for about 1 minute and then the pc restarts normally and enters windows. Sometimes the CPU light appears red and the DRAM light appears orange, but even so after about 1 minute...
