1. Buy a LAN cable.
2. Connect it between your PC and laptop.
3. On your laptop, build a bridge between your Wi-Fi adapter and your LAN adapter.
(Bridge is a built-in feature in Windows. Just google it)
And congrats, your PC is connected to the Internet
