Since my old part causes stuttering so bad and I don't know which is cause stutter in my PC. But people say my power supply is bad and can damaged all part in my PC. So i decided to upgrade my power supply,graphic card,and monitor. But my PC still stuttering right now (I ran out of money :( )...

I don't know about your motherboard, I think its fine. But your CPU will bottleneck your GPU

I have power supply Corsair RM 550W and processor AMD FX 8320 3.5 GHz with cooler master hyper 103 and my motherboard is MSI 970A - G43. So how much GHz i get, if im using default voltage ?
