    Depending on your Case Size and Price Range, I would suggest either the ARCTIC COOLING Liquid Freezer 120 or the Corsair Hydro Series H80i GT. Both offer as much cooling as you need to Overclock, while supporting the AMD 3+ socket of that CPU.

    Best $50-$60 "server" PC case?

    My friend has this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811235039 according to him it is a really nice case with lots of room and plenty of bays in the front. Also there is currently a $30 mail in rebate with it, it is only $29.99 after the rebate, which is a bit of a steal.
