The 120c is a null (false) temperature so scroll down to your processors temperature and the tab with the temperatures from core (0-4) in your case since its a quad core is the true temperature of the mobo. And the idle temp there would be around 28-30 ish

Well the motherboard depends on what type of other hardware you choose like the processor graphics card ram and stuff like that.. So i would recommend you to choose them first in order to check the compatibility.. So choose those first and then search for the motherboard which suits them best!
