    GTX 960m fps problem

Have you checked temperatures? Could be throttling due to overheating.

Terrible FPS and stuttering with a brand new GTX 1070 Strix

What resolution is the monitor you play games on? If it's 1440p the fps are about normal, altho maybe not on low settings. If it's 1080p then you could check your CPU usage, but I doubt your CPU is an issue. 8GB of RAM could be though. I regularly see over 12GB of RAM usage in Witcher 3. Check...

    Help with RAM

Run CpuZ and see what motherboard and how many RAM slots you have/what kind it is under the SPD section, but yes almost certainly you can add more RAM http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

    Best ultra wide 2560x1440p monitor.

2560x1440p is not ultra wide, it's just regular 16:9. 3440x1440p is ultra wide 21:9 1440p.

Is the temperature too high or is OpenHardwareMonitor showing false results?

I think AUXTIN may be a PSU temp sensor. It's either that or a board temp, but I wouldn't worry too much as these software readings are quite often wrong, especially for auxiliary readings. The rest of your temps and voltages are fine. Can you physically touch your PSU to see if its super hot...

Check temps with HWInfo and in your BIOS. Those readings are probably inaccurate.

    MSI GTX 1070 Z vs SeaHawk x

Hybrid/water cooled cards are generally quieter, but the Gaming Z is still ultra quiet and a monster, and cheaper in most places. Forget the Seahawk. Get the Gaming Z.

    Is this good?

You'd be better of getting a GTX 1070 and an i5 for a similar price if you ask me. There's also not much point getting an overpriced single fan water cooler, and that board may need a BIOS update to support that CPU.

Delete or Format Second Hard Drive.

Make sure there are definitely no system files on it first by disconnecting it then booting up your system to check it works ok. If it does, just right click the drive in File Explorer and choose format. Alternatively, open Disk Management and right click it there. That simple. EDIT SR-71...

Will my motherboard support the GTX 1050 ti?

Yes your board supports any GPU on the market as it has a PCIE 3.0 x16 slot. Your PSU isnt great and the RX 470 is a bit power hungry but that'll probably be fine too. It may get bottlenecked by the CPU slightly, but the 1050Ti is a perfect match.

Can I run Games such as fallout 4 and gta 5 on high to max settings

Yup as long as you tweak it you should get a solid 60fps on decent settings.

Can I run Watch Dogs 2?

I'd say not. WD2 is ridiculously demanding on a system. Neither your GPU or CPU are going to stand up to it. If it runs, it'll be with ultra low settings and AA and will look pretty awful.

Can I run Games such as fallout 4 and gta 5 on high to max settings

Yes you will, although 8gb of RAM may be a bit weak. Your CPU and GPU will be fine for high-ish settings.
