I have reinstalled Windows and the same issue persists. Just waiting on the new RAM to arrive.

Yes that is all that is currently available at Best Buy for 2x8GB 3200 Mhz. I do have an order for CORSAIR 2x8 GB 3200 Mhz. I have factory reset BIOS, have not reinstalled Windows due to not having the original USB drive it was on. I could try that.

Disregard. I bought the same RAM PNY - Anarchy-X 16GB (2pk 8 gb) 3.2 GHz DDR memory and I still had the same issues. Computer restarts every so often. So I switched out the PSU yesterday. I've only had one restart today but the problem still continues.

I went out and purchased new RAM. Working great now with no restarts. Thank you for your help!

I dont have any other sets of RAM. Is that the only other option? Otherwise I can go out and purchase a new set of RAM.

I have tried to run memtest twice. The first time it ran one of four test (which passed) and rebooted. The second time it ran for only a minute and rebooted.

While the performance is running smooth now, there are random points where my computer will restart. Not sure if these two are related.

I enabled DOCP standard and it seems to be running much better already! I'll give it a day and get back to you if the problem is resolved or not.
