its simple really if you are using designing software then stay away from radeon cards. They are exceptional for gaming but when used proffesionally they can bring you a world of hurt.

Its weird though I read the gtx 480 review and wow tomshardware went really hard at the gtx 480 but the 6990 they review as if those are just minor flaws I could be wrong in noticing the slight bias
