1.7v is way too high for any CPU over the 65nm process. A normal overclock for a 5820k at 4.5ghz only needs around 1.27v.

The GTX 670 is massively faster than the 580, it's in the same league as the 960, the 760 is quite a bit slower than the 670. RX 480 is equal to the 1060. Sort your chart out it's not at all accurate.
