In my country z370 mobo price is much higher . Otherway b350 mobo is much cheaper than z370 mobo . In my budget if I buy i5 8400 and a z370 mobo I have only money left to buy gtx 1060 & rx 580 or if I buy ryzen 5 1600 with b350 mobo I can buy gtx 1070ti .
