9400f with a gigabyte b365 Ultra Durable like i did. And 8gb of ddr4 ram itll cost cheap plus youll still have money left over for the ram so my option is the best for budget

It was a good choice but for ur build i'll say Config 2: I3 9100f, 8gb x 1 stick of 2400mhz. Msi a310h mobo (bios updated) Antec bp450p. Get a better psu it is so worth going for nvidia but make sure u have a graphics card cos the intergrated one is disabled
