Maybe try to clean your cpu cooler becouse if you have 50 degree in idle then while playing games it may reach tjmax temp and your frequency go down to sth. like 1ghz until it gets lower temp and it may cause an fps drops and lags and then will be 100% becouse 1ghz is easy to utilize.

Okey thanks bro. So if there will not be huge impact i will better stay with my current rig. Maybe there is not posibility to play with 60fps but i can run every game on ultra settings with 30fps so it's still not that bad and also older games run perfectly except few titles like GTA IV.

I mean that while playing i have no more than 71c. I have MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner and I checked max temperature after ~2h playing. It was all the time 90-100% CPU usage becouse this game is very cpu intensive.

After one day more testing i know that there are no point in have HT enabled, maybe there is not 100% cpu usage but there are no more FPS with that. So after that I have changed my bios setup to BCLK: 200, Clock ratio: 21, CPU Voltage 1.38~ and ofcourse HT disabled. And even with that high OC i...

Hello. Which drivers should i install for HD 6990 ? Will be latest the best or maybe there are chance that it works better with older?

When I had HT turned off It could work stable with CPU Ratio: 21, BCLK: 195 and CPU VOLTAGE: 1.28~ but then sometimes while playing it was 100% utilization and that is why I'm trying to get stable when HT turned on.
