The $100 GT 640 card can even give you 30 FPS on high settings at 1600 * 900 resolution. GTX 650 should give more. Try installing the latest drivers dude

Yeah it is better but getting only 15 FPS on BF3 is unacceptable. Even the GT 640 ($100) can give you 20 FPS medium settings at 1080p! Something is wrong
