If you delid you 8086k and use liquid metal you can see up to 25C drop in temperature with an water cooled system OCed. There are plenty of youtube tutorials on how to delid. I delidded my i7 8086k and sure enough got a 20C drop in temps with 5.1GHz OC @ 1.35V vcore.
