I just updated to the latest motherboard BIOS and chipset driver and it still didn't solve the problem.

The command rate is at 1T and I have uninstalled dragon center but it didn't solve the problem. Do you have any more solutions?

The ram is on 2x16 and I have confirmed it is running at 3600 mhz.

Specs: R7 3700x 2070 S 32gb 3600mhz cl 16 ram When less than 16gb of ram is used, I get 80-90 fps in GTA V. While when more than 16 gb of ram is used, I get 60-70 fps.
