If your old fans are working properly, Yes its with the fans. try replacing it. I'm pretty sure you can still replace it from where you bought it.

Try removing your old ones, if it boots then yes it's not compatible. or try putting it on a different MEM slot.

It depends on your preference, if you think like that. It's ok. I particulary own a 128gb SSD just for OS Boot and a 2TB HDD for games. No one said that an SSD will give you apple to oranges difference in terms of gaming.

It depends on your budget, games that you play and how you play it. If you play FPS games competetively, get a 144ghz monitor. If you're on graphics, get either a 60ghz 1080p or 1440p IPS monitor. If you're a casual gamer and just want to enjoy the game your monitor is already good.

just install the latest cataclyst driver. It's recommended to uninstall old drivers when applying new ones.
