Should I go with windows 8.1 or windows 7? Is the windows 8.1 compatible with older games like unreal tournament, gta IV, etc?

And will this build with the list cpu and graphics card play every game I've listed on max and newer ones on high/very high quality? Or do you think I would benefit off of the fx 8320 for kind of future proofing?

Hey, so I have posted a couple of threads on this forum in the past 1-2 days or so, but I'm really exceeding my budget. So now I just want to know the best build I can get for about $800-$900 (lower the better, but if it would give me better performance than its fine) including OS and Monitor...

78 F = to 26 C so your fine, I would worry if it was 80 C+. The temps are fine don't worry about it.
