okay guys, i put new cooler, all seems fine, question is the left red fan is blowing air inside cpu cooler's fan, is it alright or I should disable it?

and as I remember, windows apps like hwmonitor and others show CPU temp higher on 20 degrees, than its actual temperature (in bios), maybe something makes my cpu low down clocks?

this is cores clock on stress cpu in cpu-z, but when playing its usually a lot lower

I had ryzen power plan active, changed to windows power plan, nothing changed. Gonna try to clean PC with compressed air, still i got no point on the situation where cpu cuts clocks when temp is actually alright

My CPU is working on AUTO ghz mode in bios, though in hard games like new forza 5 or assassins creed valhalla it seems to be throttling, though in forza horizon 5 it shows around 75 degrees, but ghz drops from 3.6 to ~2 ghz or even less, also CPU-Z benches to normal ryzen 5 1600 (not X model) my...
