I also tore it apart and reseated the cpu and fan. I checked the pins and they were fine. I will also check out the mobo to see if any bent pins. How do you know if a mobo or cpu is DOA?

I tried with XMP both on and off I believe. If I can get into the bios, that means the mobo and cpu are ok, correct?

I just finished a new build. Everything powers on and I can get into BIOS and all. When I try to install Win10 from bootable USB, I keep getting the BSOD with message "page fault in nonpaged area". It continues to boot to the same screen. I tried changing boot order, changing ssd's, removed one...

Yep, I pulled it out and tried to reboot but same issue, no display using HMDI cable. I forgot to mention that the mobo comes on and the mystic light on it works. Additionally, all fans come on. I have two sticks of ram in it. I'm not really familiar on iGPU. Last time I built a pc was yearsss...
