If i take out this ssd and install windows on a new one will that fix it?

I don’t know. I checked security and maintenance in the control panel and it said restart to fix drive errors, but the same restart message stayed after restarting.

Checked with CrystalDiskInfo, says good at 92%.

Lately, every time I boot I get the scanning and repairing message, a percent never shows up, and after a few seconds my computer boots like normal. I have space on another drive, so if I am able to move the windows installation to the other drive to fix the problem how could I do that?
