I will try to boot without anything attached. As for the bios it is the latest non-beta already. Im going run Prime 95 after I test out the boot without any attachments. Thank you Colif for the help, I will send the results here once its done.

Sorry for the late reply, I have detached almost all of my hardwares except the necessary peripherals and it does not make a difference. As for ubuntu, I have tried it but the results are the same. At this point, I think my best bet is to reinstall Windows and hope it fixes it.
