Hi, It's a bit late to reply but i can confirm the same on my PC. 7800X3D 4070 144hz monitor. Any frame limiter seems to induce micro stuttering. Only fix i found is to run the game at highest settings with PT enabled so that the fps cant reach 144 hz, and use gsync. Then it's smooth as silk.
