Computer Bottleneck ?

I have 3 giga of ram ddr2 ,and my processor is core 2 duo E6300 with motherboard asus p5gc-mx/1333 lga 1150 so i will buy a graphic card radeon hd 7750 1gb ddr5 , Could this be causing a bottleneck? thanks in advance

I was about to buy the 7750 and then realized the R7 250 had just been released with the same price and small difference in performance so which is better ??
