Now I sorted out after win updated i can access win sec and defender but still cant access gpedit.msc Thanks a million for your kind support.

I am having admin user and it's a personal laptop never linked to any school or work account or networks. At present i am updating the fresh installed windows

before reinstallation, all were intact and accessible. this happened only after flashing my drive. I want to disable win security & win defender, even they are not allowed

I reinstalled WIN 11 home on may laptop that came from HP. Now I cant access or make changes to Windows security and kinda limited user. I cant see GPEDIT.MSC and policy editor. I washed my laptop 2 times. I am facing below issue Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access” Windows Security Error...
