Problem Solved Changed the PSU

as i see you have a core i5 4430 Processor so this is a non K processor so you can't overclock this and yes 600w more than enough for your need if it 80plus rated.

you can still use the same psu without any issue the reason is GTX 950 =90W GTX 1050 = 75W RX460 = 75w if you are going to overclock you should buy a psu around 600w

corsair VS450 is a good choice there is no compatible issue with 950 with b85 you can also use cheap 500w psu

post your full specs then we can decide what psu need to suit to this system

Did you check your ram stick. most of the time freezing happens when ram stick getting bad but you told that skype works when freeze and that means it's probably your harddisk fault. try googling "computer freezes but skype still works"

4460 Tcase is about 72.72°C so you don't need to worry about if it's under 67 or 68 i'm using 4570 with Stock cooler and under heavy load it's about 60 to 65
