I Want To Build A Super strong & Stable Build for 3000$

If you're going to be doing video editing, then you should add an SSD as the cached drive, that should really help remove bottleneck. Otherwise, at the very least, switch in your hard drives for Caviar Blacks, because Caviar Blues aren't really aimed at performance. Also, since you're going for...

    max gpu for i7 870

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html This chart basically says that your CPU should begin bottlenecking around a GTX 770 at the most? Feel free to prove me wrong though. I've paired my i3-2120 with a 7750, no CPU bottleneck there. Plus many modern games are...

For how much can i sell my PC ?

True, but the GPU is a very old one, I have a 7750 in my 2 year old rig!

For how much can i sell my PC ?

My build (similar, i3-2120 and more RAM) cost me about $700 new. I doubt it'd go for more than $400, I would give maybe $350 depending on how old it is.

My new build for everyday use

I would recommend getting the Pentium G3258, and dropping the RAM to 4GB in case you need to lower the price. Otherwise, the build looks pretty good on paper! In case you have a bit of extra budget, an i3 would definitely help lag and decrease load times, otherwise this is a well rounded build...

Can i put water cooler on gpu

GPUs need special mounting plates and water cooling systems, a CPU water cooler will NOT fit on your 750 Ti.

What actually does a PSU do?

By the way, don't listen to Tim Greven. If 600W is recommended, then that includes what the rest of the PC may use. Unless you have a couple of GTX Titans, there's no way you'll hit 600W power usage with just your GPU.

    Phenom II x6 1055T

Do it through the BIOS is you want to. Undervolting reduces power consumption and may increase the life of your processor, but it also decreases stability. I would suggest overclocking at stock voltages instead to make your PC a bit faster. You can test stability using Prime95.

    Is this normal?

To be honest, your CAS latency is bad. Try setting the latencies to 9-9-9-24, or 8-8-8-21 if you can. I don't think the single channel has much of an effect. If this doesn't work, then open up task manager in the background, and go to the performance tab. Play for a minute or so, then look at...

    Corsair H100i Fans Not Spinning

I can't suggest much, but try using the fans in the case itself, not the cooler. Also try using the stock fans.

Small white spot on monitor, more visible with white screen.

If it was black - dead pixel. Are the surrounding pixels slightly discolored? Check up close. If you see a couple of random colours (no matter how tiny) when the screen is completely white, you've earned yourself a half-dead pixel. Same on my phone.

    First Computer - Crashing

Could be the same problem, check your cable. Also, the problem may be either the GPU or the CPU, as your PC reboots without a BSOD. Try pulling out the GPU and running on processor graphics - your 2500K has HD3000, which should take you to 720p. Otherwise, check forums online for bugs in WoW...
