turning on vsync lowered the usage but not majorly, after turning that back off and waiting a little while however i'm now averaging 30% usage, what i'm worrying about is if a game made in 2005 can hog up 30% whats going to happen if i play a new game?

i'm playing vanilla world of warcraft from 2005 and am running: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2DGxmG is it normal for a game this old to be hogging up to the minimum 50% usage? sometimes it even jumps to 80%

in that case i'll just get some multiple new ram, i'm assuming when i do my computer isn't just going to crap itself because of the new stuff

right now i have 6gb ram but i want more, and i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that if you try to install extra ram into a not new computer then the computer just craps itself and doesn't work. am i going to have to reformat my computer to scratch or is there something else i can do?
