Look... no matter what you run it's gonna pick up bits of dust, microscopic particles of the tubing, radiator, and block which will make it conductive over time. Just use distilled water. Also water has about 2-3X better thermal conductivity and way better thermal capacity than any specific...

It is my opinion that it's only worth upgrading if you have an AMD rig or a Nephilim or older intel rig. Otherwise the increase in power won't make much of a difference at the moment.
