When im in the game before minions spawn, i would get 55 fps. then when i am fighting i drop to 20 and sometimes 30. i disable sound,lowered resolution etc but i want to stay at 50 again. any help will do. And this is my pc summary OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1.7601...

I just bought a Logitech mouse from radio shack since my old one messed up. Since then everything is OK but now I experience problems where either I play lol or browsing it tends to lag. I put all the graphics to low, I updated the mouse driver but nothing seems to work. Any help is appreciated
