Asrock b450m pro4 ryzen 5 3600 x 16 gb oloy warhawk ddr4 3200 Radeon r9 270 and then I have a couple ssds

For some reason my ram is stuck at 1666 but I can’t enable the xmp no matter what I try, even after I upgraded my cpu, is it because I bought ram with an Intel xmp file? And how tf do I get it to run faster, it needs to be at 3200

I can’t connect to sata 2 cus the end of my sata cable is chapped like an L and it won’t fit cus my mobo is to close to the case so there’s not enough room

I got a new ssd but when I tried to install it I couldn’t fit it into sata 2 cus of my case so I put it in sata 3 and it shows up in task manager but I can’t use it and I can’t see it in local drives in files pls help I’m out of storage and I need this sad to download stuff
