    I've tried everything Startup repair doesn't work Comand prompt sfc/scannow doesn't work System restore doesn't work Uninstall last quality update doesn't work My last resort is to do a system reset and keep personal files but I'll have to reinstall all programs I want to use going forward...

    Too much cached memory

    why so much cached memory? I have a total of 8153 mb of ram... and 5000 mb is cached. how do I fix this. I also have cpu issues. My system idle processes takes up 50% of my cpu. Any and all help is appreciated.
