That means external GPU in Laptop Wont provide the same perfomance of desktop? i have a doubt that PE4H uses x16 slot for graphics card.Then why dont get the same perfomance like desktop?

You are right.PE4H only support 1 line.what is the total data rate of a PCI x16 slot? Is there any technology that add external video card to laptop which support the same data rate of pci x16 slot?
