Turns out, nothing worked. Even taking out battery and trying BIOS reset. The driver automatically set the GPU to 4K...and the monitor at the time was not 4K compatible. Hooked up a 4K monitor, and everything was normal.

Attempted to enter safe mode, following instructions on Microsoft site. Still getting nothing except black screen with "Input Not Supported" as the only message.
