I've been trying to create a boot USB by every way i can find online to make a windows bootable USB and failing.

It stayed like that for half an hour then I shut it down and pulled the GPU out to see what it is, it a GTX1070 ZOTAC.

Sometimes it stays on AA as if it’s booted up. But black screens. One fan starts up then stops over and over as if it’s in some kind of loop.

MB is a asus p9x79ws Coursair ax860i power Kingston ram I honestly can’t recall what cpu is in there Big fan cooler, coursair again I moved the GPU to a different slot and now it cycles to AA every time before failing. It hangs on AA for a while before powering down and trying again.
