Equipment wise if I am to trust the business I went to, yes all the hardware has passed. I just use built in antivirus that Windows has and nothing has come up on scans. I do try to make sure all drivers are updated, but is there a better way to check to see?

Is the only way for those tests to be done just long term? Like I said this is random and I don't really have a way to recreate it. I can go days/weeks without the issue happening.

As title says. I've done a clean installation of windows, replaced HD, and checked RAM (using windows tool). I can be browsing the web, listening to music, or trying to play a game. PC will freeze and force me to restart. May I have some help narrowing it down to what could be causing this...
