The thing is, I have taken care of the system, updated everything, uninstalled unused programs and always thought about a software before installing it. I really can't imaging what the problem was, maybe something with G-sync or something, but I also can't remember changing something. Anyways...

Solution: wiped OS system After I have reinstalled at OS the laptop is running fast again. No problems anymore with the monitor. So it definitely was a software problem. No stuttering or lags on the external monitor, I also got 120 FPS on it in games.
