How would windows react to new hardware?

It will almost certainly fail. The old drivers installed in Windows for your old system will almost certainly not work with your new system and Windows will need reinstalling. I tried...!

    PC isnt detecting my GPU

Check your BIOS first - on most boards, there's an option to manually choose which graphics chipset to use - your discrete graphics or the onboard one.

    i7 5960X or i7 6700K or i5 6600K

Your motherboard is an x99 chipset which I believe only supports the 5xxx series of Intel processors. As such, out of the three you listed, probably best to go for the i7-5960x. However, I don't believe the 5xxx series supports DDR4 RAM so watch out for that.

Nothing has power except fans and lights?

The main thing is whether the 8pin power connector's in properly. It sounds like the 24 pin one is. In addition, 'InvalidError's' suggestion is also a good one.

Internet incredibly slow on ONE pc

You could try forgetting your home network on your computer's Wi-Fi network list before re-entering all the details. If not, try the usual ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew in command prompt to see if that helps.

Nothing has power except fans and lights?

I like how nicely you've kept your black/blue colour scheme going though :) What make's your case?

Nothing has power except fans and lights?

I know it's a pain, but can you take off your CPU cooler so we can just double check all the cables as it's a pain to see with it in the way. It sounds like the motherboard isn't getting all the power it needs.

    6600k or 6700k for gaming

For a 390, I'd say stay with the 6600k. A 6700k is probably more suited if you were going up to a 390X or a GTX 980i in my view. I can't see either bottle-necking one another.

    Cooling questions on my pc

Just a question first. Are you planning on OC? Because if you're not, there's no point in getting a CPU cooler - Intel's do the job fine. However, I'm probably asking the obvious considering you've got a 'k' version :) Thought I'd better ask though - forgive me!

my first pc ever need your rate

It depends on what you want to do. Generally speaking most people find that they install Windows on their SSD and then all their programs. Then, on their HDD, they create a 'My Documents' folder to store all their documents, music, pictures, videos etc on there. So, no, you won't need to...

my first pc ever need your rate

With an SSD, I'd pick the Samsung 850 EVO 256GB. You can then buy your WD 1TB Hard Drive and install it as you would any other drive - they all work together. Then, when you start your computer for the first time, go into the BIOS of your motherboard and make sure the SSD is set to being the...

my first pc ever need your rate

Hi Zeyad, What do you need it for? You haven't included: Monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse and a copy of Windows. Do you have all of these already? My suggestion, get rid of the computer tools set - you only need a Phillips screwdriver. If you can, add in an SSD - in general it just speeds up...

What games can I run with this?

At what resolution? I'd say at 1080p, probably medium - high settings at 60fps depending on the game. Upgrading the visuals some more will drop it down to probably 30-40fps which you might find acceptable :)...
