Go to graphics settings and turn everything to low. Turn down the resolution to gain more fps.

@Ricky: Strange, I saw a hd 5770 for sale at rs.6500. The max it can go at a local dealer is 7k.

But the dual core e6300 may bottleneck the gtx260, so the hd 4850 for your config. OR You can upgrade the procc and get the gtx260.
