The first one provides mentions a connection of 1Gbps, and the second one mentions 2.5Gbps. I believe the 1Gbps would be pretty enough as thats what most vps providers provide as per my searches online.
Both providers offer a enough amount of storage. Though SSD RAID 10 one's provide larger which may remain unused.
The databases will be on the same server. Are database I/O speeds affected by NVMe/non-NVMe?
