Yes i have my system up to date, atleast according to the lenovo support software

In safe mode the usage is 0% and here's my system info i5-7200u @2.5Ghz 4 CPUs, RAM- 8gb Intel HD620 graphics Nvidia 940mx 2GB Lenovo Ideapad 320 Also can you pls tell me how to upload my screenshot so i can show the files

The process "system" seems to be using a 100% disk usage. I know there are many who face this issue. The process points to the file ntoskrnl.exe. Also there's another process registry which point to the same file. can anyone help me with this. I have run anti-virus scan also and the files are clean.
